How to Convert MOV to MP4 on Mac

Step 1, Add MOV video files to the software by clicking the "Add File" button or just drag files you want to convert and drop them into the program.

Use the "Profile" on the bottom of the window to control the output format. Open drop-down menu and select "MPEG-4 Video" as the output format.

Tip: You can change the Resolution, Encoder, Bit rate and Frame rate of the MP4 video and Sample Rate, Channels, Encoder and Bit Rate of Audio clicking "Settings" or merge your selected files into one by clicking "Merge into one file".

Use the "Browse" button to select an output directory to save converted MP4 videos.
